This elegantly shaped instrument was made in the Wilfer workshop in Möhrendorf, Franconia (northern Bavaria), Germany. I had the good fortune to visit the workshop there. The maple is nicely flamed, and it sounds full and rich. An ideal bass for the accomplished college bass player or up-and-coming professional.
